Your Final, "I'll Do It This Time."

Hello and welcome! My name is Guillermo Alferez Jimenez. We probably have a lot in common if you’re visiting.

I am a regular 7am-4pm office worker with the goal of losing fat. From husky kid to obese adult, I have been making efforts for the past 15 years to lose weight. 

At the start of 2019, I weighed at a staggering 300lbs. Since then, I have done an obsessive amount of research on diets and exercises to lose the fat. For several years I have experimented on all kinds of diets: Keto, Intermittent Fasting, One Meal A Day, etc. all with great short term weight loss, but no long term victories. 

Everytime I lost the weight, it would always return. I could not help but to feel cursed to live the rest of my life overweight.

It wasn’t until 2024 where I finally had traction towards my goal. What was it that allowed me to start having success? It was the mindshift change that is needed for any office worker to improve on their typing skills. In order to work faster, you must work slower. Accuracy over speed.

Everyone wants to accomplish that massive weight loss in a short amount of time! I’ve also fallen for the same traps given by inspirational YouTube stories, but I’m not special like them. Once I practiced slow fat loss, amazingly, it became the fastest pace at losing weight!

Through this blog, I want to bring readers along with my fat loss journey and hope for readers to be inspired to take the shortcut to fat loss. . . slow weight loss.
